Playfit Kids Curriculum

Our fun-filled program consists of an array of sports, games and fitness lessons including: t-ball, soccer, yoga, music & movement, obstacle courses, hockey, flag football, jump rope and more! We also offer Olympic-style games such as: high jump, frisbee throwing, track & field and throwing for distance. A 30-40 minute session consists of a warm-up, individual and group practice skill, a game and an exciting prize. We always encourage participation in a kindly manner.

Our staff is comprised of carefully selected trained individuals with various backgrounds in sports, fitness, First Aid, CPR and childcare.
